Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

Severe headache, earache, haziness in maxillary sinus suggest you are suffering from acute/chronic sinusitis.Earache may be caused due to middle ear infection as a part of sinusitis.

If I were your treating doctor,I would recommend,
-Antibiotics like tab.Augmentin thrice a day for 5-7 days for infection.{prescription drug}
-Analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen twice with antacids for 3-5 days.
-Steam inhalation with mucinex capsle for headache and congestion relief.
-Keep the ears dry.Avoid putting anything in ears.
-Avoid exposure to smoke or air pollutants.

As you have got history of headache since 4 months with evidence of bilateral maxillary sinusitis, the infection appears to be chronic.
It needs to be shown to ENT surgeon.Investigation like nasal endocopy with CT scan head will be required.

Hope this information helps.
Feel free to ask any more doubts.
Thanks.

dear
As I see we are having a maxillary sinusitis here. The head ache and pain are common in this case,as the sinuses get blocked and mucus, secretions get piled up in them, which leads to infections and pain, fever also.
our ear throat and nose have a common connection leading to the common infections. ear pain might be due to a retracted tympanic membrane or the ear drum as it is called.
we can start with a common analgesic with an anti histaminic.
please do also get examined at an ent opd, for further medication.
hope this helps.
do write for further queries.
