Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your query your daughter have severe ear pain which seems to be due to otitis media and fungal infection of ear canal. Need not to worry.

I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may order audiometer testing along with high and low pitched sound test to find exact diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin at least for 10 days along with decongestant and anti inflammatory. You should take steam and blow cheeks with nose closed. For now do warm saline gargles. Take steam twice a day and apply warm dry compresses to external ear.

Hope your concern has been resolved. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
