Hello
I appreciate your concern
Long standing ear discharge might be associated with perforation of the tympanic membrane and infection of the middle ear.

If I were your treating doctor I would have prescribed you a course of antibiotics preferably penicillin group after clinical examination
You should clean it keep your ears dry.

If i doesn't improve with this treatment, I would heave referred you to ENT surgeon for surgery and definitive treatment.

Thanks for using our services
Wish you good health
