Suggest Treatment For Severe Ear Infection

I had Middle ear , SOM type B due to infection 2 weeks back. then took anti-biotices like azhromicyne 250 and infection is likely to go after 1 week medicine. meanwhile i travel to another county and after 2 days break took azhromicyne and later after one day rining start in my year. can you suggest me what medicine i take untile i went back to my home country?

you are suffering from Eustachian tube dysfunction. it might be precipitating because of your flight journey.only antibiotics not going to work.also start with TAB. SINAREST(Chlorpheneramine maleate, phenylephrine,caffiene and paracetamol) BD, TAB MUCOLYTE HS and topical decongestant nose drops (xylometazoline). take steam inhalation.
while travelling in flight you can do valsalva, take decongestant tablet, eat chewing gums,do repeated swallowing and don't sleep during flights.dont wory u'll be alright.
