Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness In An Elderly Person

My sister who is 75 and always seems like 55 has had some quick dizzy symptoms and she got turned around in her car and also forgetting a lot of things. She recently had an Mri a carotid artery check and echocardiogram all ok. Now what? I m afraid she s having a stroke

I really appreciate your concern, if the imaging studies are unremarkable then it is nothing to worry because it is not the stroke then and what ever the symptoms she has could be nonspecific and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
