Sir the symptoms are suggestive of Acute gastroenteritis. The cause of the same is mainly bacterial and in your case the same seems to be due to Cholera.
You must go with the following treatment
1. Oral fluids with WHO ORS after each diarrhoeal episode
2. Tab Norfloxacin-TZ one tab twice daily for three days
3. Cap Doxycycline 300 mg stat followed by 100 mg twice daily
4. Cap Vizylac one tab thrice a day

Look for any symptoms of worsening like vomiting, increasing episodes of diarrhoea, decreased urine output, evidence of fever, signs of dehydration like sunken eyes, generalised weakness

Sir you will definitely benefit from the above medications
