Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea

Hello I am experiencing a strange substance floating in the towlet when I have a bowl movement. It resembles a large capsule. It s see through and jelly like on the outside kind of like a gummy bear, and inside it consist of a white flaky substance that appears to be dry. My mom has celiac disease could this be a symptom? It happens usually when I have diarrhea. Do you have any idea what it could be? I m very concerned!

# prefer fresh curd in food more
