Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression

I have severe depression and on cymbalta 120mg and martizpane 30mg finding a little change but feel that this should have improved much more than it has could you suggest any other combined drugs that may help still don t have energy I have been going to gym which I was told would help but hasn t
