Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation

Hi sir, I was constipated and I tried to bowel movement.but I could not get success then I alured my anal area to bowel movement then suddenly stool come out and then after some time I was feeling a pain below my umbilical region. After that I ate light food and after some days I got relief.but this pain has not finished.it worsen any time .

drink more water and take fiber rich food.take fresh vegetable and fruits anxiety neurosis may be contributing feature.
