Suggest Treatment For Severe Cold And Nose Blockage

My 2yr 3mth baby boy is suffering from severe cold for past 1 week. I have been giving him alegra 5ml twice daily. It iw not getting better... Applied baby vicks and nasoclear too. But nose blockage not clearing. can i nebulise him with levolin .31mg?

Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

Your child could be having Allergic rhinosinusitis and adenoid hypertrophy . You have to continue allegra and try using xylometazoline paediatric nasal spray for not more than 5 days, it can be beneficial in reducing the nasal congestion. Give plenty of warm drinking.
