Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain

I got hurt when i was practicing gymnastic and after that I hv pain in chest area and bit swell also..I also face difficulty in movement what would be the reason?? Rib fracture???Is rib fracture serious?? Can I continue with my practice if condition inproves??

Hi..
Best thing is to try with analgesics and undergo x ray chest to see whether there are any fractures.
If there is a rib fracture with no external injuries and no other serious things as pneumothorax you don't need to worry as it will heal with time.
You can carry out with your daily routines with no restriction.
