Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain Post Injury

I am having sporatic pain, which feels like sharp pain; spasm-like, that causes me to have loud outburst and buckle over or put my knees to my chest. I also have great difficulty afterwards standing up straight. Do you have any idea what this might be or what the cause may be?
