Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain And Vomiting

Hi ,today is my husband 58th birthday,we went to lunch & came home took a nap & @ 4:30pm awoke with severe pain in his chest around the breast bone, then started belching then vomiting ,sweating, ect. I was ready to take him to ER but we don t haven t insurance so I googled & believe he had a gallbladder or pancreas attack. He s better now I read to drink apple juices/ apple cider in it so he did & took a pain reliever. My question is will this be more likely now after having this first one to be something that is gonna reoccur ?? Thank you

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your husband's situation and problem.
In my opinion your husband had acute gastritis.
He started symptoms after outside food.
So possibility of acute gastritis due to outside food is more.
And his symptoms of severe chest pain and vomiting also favour acute gastritis.
So ask him to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid stress and tension.
2. Avoid hot and spicy food.
3. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
4. Start proton pump inhibitors.
5. Go for walk after meals.
Don't worry, he will be alright after these lifestyle modifications.
No need to worry for gall bladder or pancreatic issue.
