Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain And Excessive Sweating

I'm having a sharpe pain in my trap like someone is stabbing me. Pain is so bad I am sweating uncontrollably. Last night pain moved to my chest and was really intense. Put me to the ground. The pain is mainly back in my trap but still hurts in chest. It really hurts when I couch and breathe. I think I am running a fever bc of the pain.

general examination may be done. record temperature. ECG and chest examination maybe done by cardiologist.can take coronary vasodialator and lowprin tablet twice daily.hyper tensive profile may be done and exclude diabetes
