Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

Hi Doctor,

How are You,

Recently i am suffering from severe back pain, i visited the Ortho specialist and he suggested me to take X-ray and he prescribed me pain killers and to do some excercises.

After that i didnt feel any reduction in pain, offcourse it really started paining more, so i have consulted a Ortho Surgeon and from Clinical findings he told me that there is no disc prolapse and he advised me to take an MRI.

From the MRI report it is mentioned

- Minimal Lumbar Spondlysis in L4 and L5

Finally they mentioned all the spine structure is normal.

I am really confused.

but still the pain is there, i am not getting any relief.

i have been advised by doctor to take minimum of one hour walking every day.

kindly advise

Hi...
I can understand your problem. As most of your report findings as well as clinical findings are normal, there must be some poatural problems or some faulty routine which causes pain. I advised you to start some light muscle strengthening exercises which will make your muscles strong ,will lose your weight and you will get relief from the pain. In case of pain which is not tolerable you can take some painkiller like ibuprofen, as well as some muscle relaxant. I hope it will be useful to you.
