Hi Doctor, after reading everything I believe I have an extreme case of anxiety after a work week from hell:-) thank you Among other things.... I was docked $50 for work I did not sign up for I will make it I think... I have no money for a consult....

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the anxiety condition then better to come out of this even without the help of medicines and it can be done, try to be positive, practical, confident, try to be happy, else no limit would be there once the medicine being start for this, hope this information helps.
