Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain acne or pimples can occur due to a number of causes like hormonal imbalances, oily skin ,clogged pores, bacterial infection, inflammation etc..
Hairfall can occur due to a number of causes like high stress, hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, long standing illness, side effects of medications, thyroid disorders etc..
I would suggest you to start washing your face with salicylic acid containing facewash..
You can apply a combination of Clindamycin and Niacinamide and Benzoyl peroxide creams..
Apply Adapelene gel at night..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
You can do cool compresses over pimples..
Take less oily food and drink plenty of water..
Take a combination of oral antibiotics and retinoids like Isotretinon after consulting a dermatologist..
For hairs apply 2%Minoxidil lotion over scalp.
Take multivitamin supplements containing Biotin, zinc, folate, calcium, Vitamin A etc..
Keep the hairs and scalp clean..
Wash your hairs every alternate day with a gentle scrub..
Massage your scalp using olive oil or warm coconut oil..
You can consult a Trichologist for further evaluation..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
