Suggest Treatment For Severe Acidity And Gastric Problem

hi doctor i have severe cronic acidity and gas problem, which has got further aggravated these days by anxiety. The stomach gets bloated, swells up, and i feel little suffocated, but i can stop by breath for a long time, so I am not breathless. What medicine should i take for this.

Thanks for asking me this question.

In severe acidity you can take antacids for reduce acidity problems.
Proton pump inhibitors like omeprazol and rabeprazole are helpful in gasric problems.

Avoid spicy foods and oily foods.
Drink more water.Avoid stressful condition.
Avoid cauliflower and cabbage like foods whis produce more gase.

Ginger juice or tea relieving gas problem.
Cinnamon prevent gas formations.
Garlic food helpful in digestion.
