Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

I am hurting in my abdomen from a hernia and I have to keep pushing inside to go to the bathroom and cannot lift anything heavy! It really started bothering me 2 days ago and then it quit now it is back again with considerable amount of pain!! It feels like I haven t eaten for a couple of days and I had a good dinner last night and had a little breakfast!!! It did this to me late last year and caused me to vomit as id did the other night!! I had eaten about 5 hours earlier and went to a friends house and visited and as I was sitting talking with him I started to hurt in my abdomen just above my navel and had to leave his company and a half hour later or so I started vomiting and lost my dinner! It somewhat relieved the pain and it stopped hurting the next day and now it is back again!!!

treatment can be recomanded according to cause. if gastritis then tab omiprazol can be taken. if constipation then drink more water and take fiber rich food. consult gastroenterologist for examination and advise on treatment avoid fast food and spicy ornoilrich food.avoid hot tea and coffee.
