Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain, Loss Of Appetite And Fatigue

I have not been feeling well for 4 days. Loss of appetite, abdominal pain, thirsty, fatigue. I have eaten one meal a day which isn t really a meal. Just what I can stomach. I want to sleep all the time. I get off of work and go straight to bed. I want to sleep right now. I am so thirsty. Drinking water, juice, sprite.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The given symptoms could be suggestive of infection. It could be viral infection and most probably the liver infection.

I would suggest to rule this out beside this it could be hyperacidity and for that I would suggest to have tab Omeprazole, Domperidone, and Acetaminophen.
