Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain After Endometrial Ablation

my sister had an Endometrial Ablation 2 yrs ago. Since then she has had chronic pain that has gotten worse every month. For the last 4 days the pain has been the worst. For fear that the ER will blow this off, she refuses to go in. Is there any point that this could be an emergency?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. In the current scenario, she needs immediate medical attention. The cause of the persistent pain since surgery may have evolved further or the current pain could be due to another different cause. Please ask her to rest in bed and do not exert. Liquids can be allowed liberally but solid food is better avoided until further opinion. Hope this helps.
