Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal And Back Pain Post A Medical Abortion

Sir/Madam. My last period stop on 30 jul 16 and my next period was supposed to be on last week of last month but it did not happen. I have tested with prega news two times and both shows positive on 2nd and 3rd sep 16...I have purchased one a-kare kit for medical abortion as I have experience severe back pain and slight abdominal pain and moreover its only two years since I did ceasarean during the delivery of my second son....please suggest me the dossage and timing for taking a-kare kit (1 mifipristone tablet of 200mg and 4 misoprostol tablet of 200mg each). I have done medical abortion once 8months ago and I am 30 years of age..have done two times ceasarean for the delivery of my two sons during last five years....thanking you

I understand your concern
Do not use a-kare kit for medical abortion at home without the advice of gynecologist. It should be used under the observation of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
Home use can cause serious health effects like excessive bleeding, failure of abortion and abnormal development of the pregnancy.
Consult the gynecologist for proper advise.
Doctor will give following advises:
Day 1: Mifeprsitone 200 mg orally
Day 3: Misoprostol 400 ug vaginally by gynecologist.
If required then another 400 ug after 4 hour.
Day 7: Follow up to gynecologist
Day 14: USG scan to confirm the completeness process of abortion

Mild abdominal pain and backache is common after using abortion pill.
For severe pain:
Take tablet meftal spas
Proper rest for 48 hour
Drink lots of water
Healthy diet with iron supplements.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
