Suggest Treatment For Sever Joints Pain Post Delivery

Hi, I have just delivered a baby 5 months back and started having joint pains (little joint) of hand and foot finger along with knees and back of ankle. Have got all the tests done for arthritis, all of them have come negative. Only HLA B27 has come positive. One remataulogist has termed it as seronegative spondilitous and prescribed Saaz 500 twice a day. Have been taking it for last 3 weeks but bo effect seen. The pain has increased and no painkiller is effective either. Can someone guide as what could be the real cause ? Is this a case of seronegative or just post pregnancy issue.
