Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Secondary amenorrhea can be to pituitary, ovarian, or uterine pathology. If your hormonal profile is normal and follicles are present in ovary, and you are not ovulating, then you may have polycystic ovarian disease. Moreover, uterine anomalies or adhesions should be ruled out by hysteroscopy.
If everything is normal, then you can be given ovulation induction drug to induce ovulation and hence conception.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
