Suggest Treatment For Secondary Amenorrhea

Secondary amenorrhoea for 1 year, age 36 years, hypertensive and not taking any pill and implant. Pt took norethisterone 5 mg several times and done USG ( Normal Study). S. Prolacitne raised and TSH : Normal. Estrogen and Prgesteron : Low. No other significant illness except family distress. What further step should be taken for Menstruation . Shams

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If the patient of secondary amenorrhea is having raised serum prolactin levels then he is suffering from hyperprolactemia. She should be investigated for the cause of hyperprolactemia and proper treatment should be done by medicine or surgery, as the condition is.
