General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Have you done MRI of lumbo sacral spine. This will be helpful to rule out sciatica definitely. In such case muscle relaxants, NSAIDs, neurotropic drugs ,physiotherapy and muscle strengthening exercises will be helpful to clear it. A consultation with an orthopedician is well appreciated.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
