Suggest Treatment For Scaly Skin Inside The Nostrils
I ve had white scaly skin on the inside of each nostril for over a year now. The ENT doctor didn t know what it was but he gave me a steroid creme to use. That gets rid of it but it always comes back. I don t know if it s safe to keep using the steroid creme in my nose from now on. What could this be and what should I do?

There can be 2 reasons for the scaly skin , either you are suffering from a condition called as rhinitis sicca or you have dermatitis of the skin of your nose. It is difficult for me to tell without examining you. Both the conditions can be managed with and i would like you to discuss this with your doctor.
