Hello dear,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

In patients of scabies after confirmed diagnosis, i usually advise my patients topical permethrin 5 % cream from neck to toe once a week for 2 weeks.
Alongwith oral ivermectol is also advised in few.

For symptomatic relief, antihistaminics like levocetrizine/fexofenadine are advised.

Disinfect the clothes.

As per details, this is my best advise for you. you may discuss this with your doctor. I am sure he/she will agree with my opinion.
Stay healthy.
