Suggest Treatment For Scabies

been diagnosed with scabies. the elimite crème 3x wk apart and ivermectin 2x wk apart but still have. with borax and peroxide baths, twice daily, food grade DE internally 2x day and on/around furniture, not to mention all the ad vacuuming of furniture and floors. Started using oilsa such as: tea tree, neem, orange, lavender, and clove. I still have a few that linger on me. My question, will swimming in public pool help with the chlorine and kill the ones under skin if stay submerged in water good bit???

Hi.
As per your case history of scabies, my treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Keep your belongings separate as it is a contagious disease.
3. Continue ivermectin 12mg one per week. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Apply permethrin5% lotion from neck to feet once a week at night.
5. Submerging hands in water won't help in cure.

Thanks.
