Suggest Treatment For Saggy Scrotum Sacks

Hello i am 17yo and i have an extremely saggy scrotum sack. I can literally grab them and stretch them. It is becoming a big problem for me because they often get twisted and i dont know which way to turn them back or anything like that. Please respond to my question it scares me due to the fact that i dont know why it does this.

1.Depending on the temperature changes they do changes the skin consistency of the scrotum. (hot weather bit loose/saggy)
2.They are normal the be like that.
3.But the way you have explained that you are confused which way to turn, it needs to be look into.
4.Get an appointment with your GP and get examined an an ultrasound scan done which will give you if there is any pathology.
5.Mostly it s normal but after a scan you can be with peace of mind.
