HSG test came negative so I had to undergo diagnostic laproscopy which showed adhesions on both tubes, however the result said positive dyes test. But still not being able to conceive in 9 months. My doc has prescribed for placentrex inj. for 10 days and also to undergo B1 Karyotyping test and B1 antiphopholipid panel test. Pls. suggest what are these tests mean and will it work in my case. what other treatment or medicnes would you prescribe in such cases. Your response will be highly appreacited.

Hi, I have gone through your question. Since you are having a history of recurrent miscarriages, you and your partner needs to be investigated properly.
First trimester abortions are commonly due to chromosomal anomaly in the fetus, hence the chromosomal analysis of both the partners by the test called karyotype has to be done.
Antiphospholipid Syndrome ( APLA) is another cause of recurrent first trimester miscarriages, there you need to get tested for APLA antibodies.
You should also have your blood sugar levels testing as undetected diabetes mellitus also causes first trimester miscarriages.
If all the tests are normal, then you should take ovulation induction drug for helping in conception, under the supervision of your doctor.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
