Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Ovarian Cyst Causing Lower Abdominal Pain And Vomiting

Hi my name is Brett, I am an 18 year old female. I went to the ER yesterday with severe abdominal cramps, and vomiting. They diagnosed me with a ruptured ovarian cyst. They said pain can continue for 24-48 hours, and prescribed me pain meds. But today, the pain is still unbearable and severe, pain meds only dull it. I have puked multiple times, with blood in it. My urine also had a touch of blood one time. My lower abdomen is tender to the touch, and hurts severely. I can t keep anything down, haven t kept any food our liquid down for 2 days now. What should I do now?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given history of suggestive of some surgical condition and if it is not being done the ultrasonography test then better to get this done, it could be some intestinal pathology, potent analgesic can be used, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
