Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose, Coughing And Fever Of 3 Year Old
3 yr old has has runny nose, some coughing and this is the second day of a fever of 102. The motrin brings it down but comes back up after 4 hours. Also his eyes lids are red and eyes are watery. He get pretty tired when he has his fever did not eat or drink much yesterday.

Steam inhalation and local instillation of nasal drops will give relief.
Paracetamol 15 mg/kg body weight 4-6 hourly will reduce fever.
Sinarest AF syrup will give relief from cold symptoms.
Avoid cool drinks and ice creams and cool atmosphere.
This will give relief from cold within a week.
