Hello, Thank you for asking at HCM. I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows: 1. As you have above symptoms for only 5 days, without fever, I would suggest you a combination of Levocetirizine and Montelukast. I usually do not prescribe my such patients antibiotics, but as you have already started the antibiotic, I would suggest you to complete the course as suggested by your mother (doctor). 2. If you have feeling of nose obstruction, regular steam inhalation would help. Watery eyes can also be due to nose obstruction. They would improve with improvement in nose symptoms. 3. If you have any other eye symptoms like eye itching, redness, pus from eyes, etc, a doctor/ophthalmologist may prescribe you eye drops after thorough examination. 4. If you have such episodes frequently, I would suggest you allergy testing for common air-borne allergens such as house dust mites, pollens, molds, insect proteins, animal dander, etc. If this is the first episode, I would suggest you not to think about allergy.
