Suggest Treatment For Running Nose, Sneezing, Nasal Blockage And Breathlessness During Winter

Hi i suffer from severe dust allergy. In winter i suffer from several problems like continuous running nose, sneezing, nasal blockage and often breathless. I inhale 1 seroflo 250 rotacap and intake 1 Montek LC tablet. I have been taking these medicines for the past 3-4 years but the situation did not improve much. Can this be cured with treatment?

I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
This could be allergic rhinitis. Most of the allergic rhinitis associated with asthma and other allergic disorders.
Immunotherapy can be tried for long-term relief. Here the allergens are given in tablet form in small quantities so that resistance is developed.
I recommend the following.
1) Continue you meducations for asthma.
2) Avoid allergens like dust, pollens etc.
3) Avoid smoking both active and passive.
4) Steroid nasal spray.
5) Tablet levocetrizine with montelukast.
6) Immunotherapy for long term relief.
You will be fine.
