Suggest Treatment For Rotten Egg Burps And Diarrhea

both my children have had sulpherous burps and diarrhea for over a week, i took them seperatley to different drs on different days, one gave antibiotics the 2nd refused. it may be norovirus but do i treat with antibiotics or not? could it be gardiea (not sure of spelling!)
