Suggest Treatment For Ringworm Problem

hi i am a 22 year old male and for the last year i have had some similar skin problems that no doctor has been able to help fix, i have had ringworm for a year which went away but came back with an unwashed pair of underwear i have folliculitis in my skin mostly on the feet legs and thighs and near my wrist i thought at first when i noticed the folliculitis it was an std but 3 doctors were confident it wasnt and the hair follicules have looked infected for 2 and a half straight months now and they dont hurt or itch so i have agreed it probably isnt that but at the same time i have had some internal problems, i have felt sluggish for a year now and i havent felt like my self and my mind isnt all there i was just wondering if i have a bad build up of bacteria or maybe a more serious internal problem, i do drink a lot and chew tobacco, my head throat and neck doctor said my mouth is fine and in good shape but toxins from tobacco might not help my current problem as is according to him, so any help would be great i can go into more detail if needed

Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic fungal infection and not treated properly.
Due to itching there might be having infection producing folliculitis giving trouble off an on.
To cure this infection you might require one course of anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for four weeks.
Apply anti-fungal cream or lotion locally.
Due to having this problem since long you became little psychologiclly upset giving rise all negative thoughts.
This is not serious and go for treatment.
you will be totally alright.
Ok and take care.
