Suggest Treatment For Ringworm On Cheek And Jaw Bone

I believe I have ringworm on my cheek, jaw bone area. I started out looking like a burn, or just a patch of dry skin. Now its full blown ringworm or so it appears. I have been cleaning it with witch hazel and putting Lotrimin on in several times a day, and covering it with a band aide at night to keep from scratching or rubbing off the cream. The inside of the circle is lighter pink, but no scaling, the outer circle is raised and scaly. I of coarse self diagnosed myself, just wanted to make sure I am treating it properly and that Im not making it worse

Hi i did review your concern,

The lesion which you are describing can be a fungal ringworm infection or it could be something else like an eczema that sometimes looks the same.

So my advice would be for you to consult a dermatologist and get it treated accordingly.

I hope this helps.
Wish you all the best.
