Suggest Treatment For Ringing In Ears And Tingling In Hands
I get light headed while laying in bed and especially when I roll from side to side, seems worse in the morning when I get up. I am also light heads almost feeling like you do right before you pass out…..like ears ringing and roaring and tingling in hands sometimes throughout the day…had MRI of head neck and spine with contrast done and in normal, CT done and was normal, and blood work which is great! All the doctors just say it is anxiety since I have suffered with this since I was 17 years old and no am 50, but I know the difference. These symptoms have just started about 4 to 5 months ago and just doesn’t seem to be going away. Been tested for vertigo and dr. says don’t have it…… Really confused and very frustrated.
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. You could be having anxiety disorder symptoms. Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Anxiety is known to produce so many weird symptoms which has no physiological back up. They tend to be just obsessive. But you definitely can control the way it thinks by diverting its attention to more demanding things. Creative thinking should help brain diverting. If you try to forcefully overcome obsessive thoughts, it will come back every now and then and disturb you more vehemently.
Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
