I HAVE RECENTLY BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH RA..THEY PUT ME ON METHATEXRATE INJECTIONS,WAS ALSO ON RELEFEN 800 MG 2X DAILY.AND AN 81 MG ASPRIN....I HAVE BEEN SO DIZZY AND EARS RINGING AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE ..DO YOU BELIEVE THAT IT COULD BE THE COMINTATION OF THE METHATEXRATE AND THE RELEFEN...

I really appreciate your concern, dizziness, ringing sound, may not be due to medicine or combination of medicine but it could be something else and possibility of vestibular dysfunction need to be ruled out till then condition can be managed with "Tab Bitahistine 8 mg" three times in day, but better to wait for some time it would come around on its own also, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
