Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Rib Pain
I have pain on the right side of my chair and between my ribs when I touch With my finger The right side of my chest on the ribs is very hot the left side of my chest cold to the touch I cannot lay on my right side because of the pain I read the symptoms of pleurisy I have them all

You have pain over ribs and ribs are tender to touch...
So chances of costochondritis seems most likely
Although other symptoms of respiratory problems not present chest x ray can be done to rule out if any organic cause present
For costochondritis take rest
Avoid strenuous work and take ibuprofen for five days
Warm compress can be applied
Take care
Consult physician or pulmonologoist for examination
