HI, for the last few days I have had pain throughout the right side area of my chest, radiating from breast bone to shoulder. Under my right side rib cage area in the lower area I do feel pressure - as if bloating. For the last 24 hrs I have not been able to have a bowel movement but feel as I have to and if I try I get a sharp dull like pain to the right side at about the belly button level. My right arm does feel an unusual like tingle feeling or like it as well is a bit of a heavier weight feeling. I do not have a primary physician at this time and it is a bit impossible to get in sooner than later. Didn t know if I should just got to ER just in case or if I should wait another few days to see if the pain/feeling goes away in case it could just be built up gas - though I have been able to pass gas. but still a very bloated feeling and almost full though I have eaten smaller amounts of food the last few days.
