Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis

I am a 66 year old female that had an aortobifemoral bypass in 1999. I just had 2 stents placed in my acending and decending conorany arteries in May of this year. I then developed what is being called a flareup of rheumatoid arthritis with RA factor 406 and now risen to well over 540. Why didn`t I have issues with this arthritis following the bypass,as it was certainly a much more invasive procedure than stent placement. Would certainly like to get some answers as I have been to 2 rheumatologists in the past 4 weeks. One was not convinced I had RA but did additional tests for gout--both negative. Evidently Sed rate is quite hige. Thanks for taking your time to look at this.
