Suggest Treatment For Retinal Sensitivity To Light

Hi,
It seems like my retinas are super sensitive to light. Any sort of source reflecting/creating light gets burned into my eyes real easily. Including that, whenever I am in dark, there are big spots of purple and black moving around. My eye vision is horrible (I am legally half-blind) and I am near-sighted. I think it has to do with my retina dislocating its-self but I need professional help.
