Suggest Treatment For Restless Body Syndrome

I have had seven laminectomies, cadaver disc. Repl. Hyperaldosteronism, possible whole body restless syndrome, or serotonin poisoning. I get sweats about one hr after taking my meds. Esp dinner... Klonapin, cymbalta, cinamet for PD and cymbalta. I also have a fentinol patch 100 micro gr/ every 48 hrs. I have more...probl. But i feel much back pain, diff. Breathing, i have cor pulmonalle, ...sorry for the poor structure....

Try practicing relaxation techniques such as yoga and meditation. Stress can make RLS symptoms worse. Daily stretching and meditation can promote relaxation and alleviate (RLS).
