Your auscultation should be done to heard rhonchi if present .... If needed for confirmation digital chest x ray useful.... Investigate also with CBC... If neutrophilia - bacterial infection If lymphocytosis - viral cause If eosinophilia -allergic cause If wheezing there bronchodilator therapy can be given .... Steam inhalation three times a day .. More water . Avoid smoking ... Take antihistaminic drug like benadryl for congestion relief. ... If inflammatory swelling more than short term steroid can be given. ... Take care ... Consult physician for examination....
