Suggest Treatment For Remnants Of Miscarriage Inside Uterus

I m very confused as to what is going on with me! I got what I thought was my period on the 4th of January. It was very abnormal (light brown blood) I took 3 pregnancy test and they all came up positive. On the 7th I went to the hospital and they took blood work and gave me an ultrasound. The dr said I was pregnant but miscarried and told me to follow up with my gyno. I contacted her on the 9th and she ordered more blood work stating that it was entirely too early to tell if I misscaried. My Hcg count doubled in two days to the 400s. She said that I was in fact still pregnant! Well I jus had another ultrasound on the 24th. The Dr couldn t find a fetus or heartbeat! He said he see s somethin there but it s too small to tell what it is! Possibly a blood clot or remaining tissue from a miscarriage! I go for more blood work to see what my hcg count is tomothrow. I m jus tired of the run around! Any idea whats goin on? I doubt an eptopic pregnancy because I have no cramping.

Hi..
Welcome to HCM..
For the evacuation of retained products of conception you need to take vaginal tablets or if required surgical management.
Ectopic pregnancy will be seen in the ultrasound..
Your doctor might be worried about molar pregnancy in which there should be complete evaculation of products of conception to avoid reccurrences..
Discuss with your gynecologist about the future course and relax..
Hope this information is helpful to you..
Take care..
