I went swimming yesterday, the first round I was fine. However I had to urinate. I left the pool and walked to the bathroom, the second time I went in the pool. My scrotum started to burn, instead of getting out I stayed in for a bit then left. As I got home I checked because the pain became intense. My scrotum was red and the tip of my meat us swollen and also bright red. What could cause this? I then showered and hot water made me scream. I am 26 years of age.
