Suggest Treatment For Red Swollen Lump On Vagina

hi my name is Kristen and im 54 years old.About a week ago I could feel swelling down in my vagina.I thought I had maybe a boil coming.This entire week the pain got bad so I looked at it with a mirror.On the left inner side I have swelling redness and a big lump under my skin. Its getting bigger,cant get into gynecologist there booked for two months,ANY IDEA WHAT IT MIGHT BE.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the swelling since two months then it may be some nonspecific appearance but of course it need to be ruled out with Bartholin cyst, clinical examination is must now hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
