Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

This cream is a prescription product and it should never be used without supervision of a dermatologist and never for more than 1-2 months, in continuity.
You have been using this cream for too long, therefore I will suggest you to discontinue this cream.
This cream can cause irritation because tretinoin and hydroquinone are known irritants.
Regular use of this combination cream can cause side effects like Acne, Skin thinning and Photosensitivity, Hirsutism in females because of the steroid content of this cream.
Acne needs to be managed with topical antiacne preparations like either benzoyl peroxide or clindamycin gel, once or twice daily.
Oral antibiotics e.g doxycycline or azithromycin, may also be required if your acne is severe enough to be controlled by just topical.
In fact Oral antibiotics are required in most patients with steroid induced acne because the skin is already sensitive to topical's antiacne preparations and most patients can't use it because of irritation.
The best advice for you would be to visit a dermatologist in your region.
Your dermatologist will be able to assess your skin problem and advice you accordingly.
Since you have been using this combination already for 2 years, therefore you skin would be sensitive to sun.
You may use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day. Reapply every 2-3 hours.

Regards
